Graduate Level Therapist
TeleMental Health Provider
Hello there! My name is Ife (pronounced E-fay) and I specialize in working with college students, young adults, and early career professionals dealing with stress and anxiety ages 18 to 25 years old.
Some of my clients face transitional phases of life that can seem overwhelming and invoke anxiety, such as going to college, entering the job market, exploring new relationships, or discovering themselves. Others are looking for a career change and trying to figure out juggling their personal and professional lives.
Work With Me
I am educated and trained to help you assess the different hats you wear in various spaces and help you present as your best self in each and every one of them. I am intentional about fostering a safe and nonjudgmental environment.
My clients leave our sessions feeling empowered and better equipped to take care of themselves and those around them. I take a client-centered approach to therapy, and our sessions are a collaborative effort. My modalities further include systems theory, strengths-based practice, and solution-focused therapy.
Here's More About Me - Ife Duduyemi
I have been in the helping field in the university system, hospital setting, and the nonprofit world for the past six years. I earned my Masters in Social Work from Georgia State University and my Bachelors of Science in Sociology from the University of West Georgia.
My extensive education paired with my work experience has afforded me the unique opportunity to work with diverse people of all backgrounds. Consequently, I am a culturally sensitive and culturally responsive therapist.
In my spare time, I love to travel, experience food from different cultures, and spend time with my dearest family and friends.
All in all, my goal is to empower you to see the beauty in where you are and where you hope to go.
I’m ready when you are. Let’s begin.
